If you are making a booking, a deposit of AUD $100 required to secure the reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if a cancellation is made 96 hours prior to the arrival time. Deposits may be made by credit card, bank transfer, cheque or postal order. As this is not a secure server, you may prefer to phone or fax through your credit card details to our office rather than use email. We will be happy to make changes to your bookings at any time but these will be subject to availability and our policy of a three night minimum stay. After arrival, we will be happy to extend your stay, subject to availability. Any reductions will be subject to the three night minimum stay policy.
